Your Refund Rights
We accept refund requests for orders placed on our website, shearwater.sbs, or by phone, +39 06 1234 5678, within a certain time period after your order has been delivered or picked up. If you find that the product does not match the description or if the food is not up to your satisfaction, you may request a refund.
Eligibility for Refunds

- Quality Issues: If the food you received is unsatisfactory due to quality issues, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund based on the severity of the issue.
- Missing Items: If your order is missing items, you must notify us immediately upon delivery or pick-up, and you will be refunded for the missing items.
How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing
